Exterior Emulsion Paint is a water-based exterior wall finish suitable for dry to moderately humid climatic condition.
PERFORMANCE FEATURES & BENEFITS
Exterior/ Interior Water Base Primer has good quality and whiteness, which helps improve the appearance of the emulsion topcoats. Exterior wall primer does not chalk & can be applied on freshly plastered surfaces that are adequately cured. Exterior wall primer does not require any water curing.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Exterior/ Interior water base primer can be applied on a wide range of exterior cement plasters, exterior ceilings, asbestos sheets, concrete etc., as an undercoat.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATION
CLEANING:- Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint paint dust or grease. Any previous growth of fungus algae on most needs to be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water.
FILING:- Application of AFCORA white cement based putty is recommended to surface imperfection such as holes, dents, cracks are to be filled.
Freshly, plastered surfaces:- must be allowed to core completely.

STABILITY OF THINNED PAINT :- USE WITHIN 24 HRS.
SHELF-LIFE :- 3 YEARS FROM DATE OF MANUFACTURE IN ORIGINAL TIGHTLY CLOSED CONTAINERS AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND EXCESSIVE HEAT.
RECOMMENDED PRECAUTIONS
Kindly refer to the the safety data sheet for Indian paints AFCORA which gives detailed information on safety , measures while handling the paint. Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 10°C or if the temperature might drop to this level within 4hrs of application. Do not over-thin or over-extend the brush. Stir well and strain before use. Tinted paints need thro rough shaking immediately after addition as well as before use.
Excessive bird dropping/ spitting may affect performance of the product.
