Interior Emulsion Paint is exquisite emulsion paint that provides a luxurious finish and a silky glowing appearance to your walls.
PERFORMANCE FEATURE & BENEFITS
Interior Emulsion Paint is an water – based 100% acrylic interior wall finish. It provides a silky sheen finish which lends a soft regal glow to the interior of the rooms. It has excellent glow giving a near brush mark free finish. It also offer high strain resistance-walls painted are easy to clean and maintain that new look for years. We also offers good anti-fungal properties.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Interior Emulsion Paint is an interior wall finish that can be applied on all types of smooth plaster, false ceiling, asbestos sheets, concrete etc.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATION
CLEANING:- Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint dust or grease. Prepare the surface to be painted by sanding it with emery paper 180 with the surface clean.
TECHINAL DATA:-
Coverage :- On smooth primed masonry surface by brushing 75 – 80 Sq. Ft/ Ltr / 2Coats.
Drying Time :- Surface dry 15 to 25 minutes.
GLOSS LEVEL / SHEEN LEVELS :- 0-14 Glass plate at 600C(Silky smooth with sheen)
Flash point :– Not Applicable.
Stability of thinned paint :- Use within 24 hrs.
Shelf-life :- 3 years from date of manufacture in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
RECOMMENDED PRECAUTIONS
Kindly refer to the Salary data sheet for AFCORA Interior Emulsion Paint which gives detailed information on safety measures while handling the paint. Avoid eye and skin contact. In case of eyes and skin contact wash with plenty of clean water. Do not inhale or inject. In case of inhalation move to fresh air and seek medical attention if symptoms persist in both the cases.
Use protective equipment like rubber / polythene gloves safety googles / glasses face mask while handling the paint this is required for all paints. Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 100 C or if the temperature might drop to this level within four hours of applications . In high – humidity areas, use of a bio – wash solution is recommended to remove surface fungus spores, mould etc before application of the paint system. Do not over thin or over extend the brush.
POST APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
For removing stain, sponge clean with a mild soap solution and wipe clean. Ensure a drying time of 2 week from application before cleaning.
